Disney drops shark fin soup

Well, my prediction seems to come true (see my post on 23 May on same topic).
Yesterday, Disney Hong Kong agreed to drop shark fin soup off their menu following a public outrage about it.
It took school children’s petitions, WWF involvement, English and Chinese media. Of course Disney had no choice and took the right business decision.
I like the Chinese explanation by Disney, which kind of evades the fact that they just budged after all the media hype about this:
Disney’s vice-president for public affairs, Irene Chan Man-tuen, said: “After careful consideration and a thorough review process, we were not able to identify an environmentally sustainable fishing source, leaving us no alternative except to remove shark’s fin soup from our wedding banquet menu.
