It’s been a while since the last post, so here it goes…

We’ve been a little busy lately - too busy to sit down and write a couple of lines in the weblog. But meanwhile my phone picture log is being updated more regularly, so be sure to check out http://phlog.marcdelange.com as well now and then.

Matthijs is already two and a half months old, and he’s getting more interesting at this age. He’s now starting to interact with his environment and the people he sees every day. The first laughs were spotted already, and we think he’s now also showing first signs of trying to get hold of things with his hands. He’s trying to grab the animals that are dangling over his bed.

He was baptized last Saturday and we applied for his passport today, so more and more he’s becoming a real citizen of this earth. Applying for his own passport was interesting - I can’t recall I had a passport myself untill I was like 16?? Well Matthijs will have his first passport when he’s 2 and a half months, complete with baby picture as passphoto, and a length of 58 cm marked in it.
